If you have an active VendorSource® subscription, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but does not refund previous charges.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team using the email below and include the following:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number or subscription reference

Once your request is received, our team will process the cancellation and confirm via email.

Important Notes

• Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
• Canceling a subscription does not provide a refund for past payments.
• Access may remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Failure to cancel before a renewal does not qualify for a refund.
