REFUND POLICY

Overview

VendorSource® provides digital products and digital access only, including vendor information, supplier resources, downloadable files, and subscription-based content.

Due to the non-tangible and irrevocable nature of digital products, our refund policy is intentionally strict. Once access is granted or content is delivered, the product cannot be returned, revoked, or resold.

By completing a purchase on VendorSource®, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.


No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales made through VendorSource® are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of the following:

  • Digital products

  • Downloadable files or PDFs

  • Vendor or supplier access

  • Memberships

  • Subscription services

  • Recurring monthly payments

  • Renewals or rebills

  • Promotional or discounted purchases

This policy applies regardless of whether:

  • The digital product has been accessed or downloaded

  • The customer claims not to have used the product

  • The customer changes their mind

  • The customer no longer needs the product

  • The customer misunderstands the product

  • The customer lacks experience using vendor resources


Subscription & Recurring Payments

Some VendorSource® products include subscription-based access, which may involve recurring monthly charges.

By selecting a subscription at checkout, the customer expressly agrees to:

  • Automatic recurring billing

  • A recurring charge of $49.99 per month (unless otherwise stated)

  • Continued billing until the subscription is canceled by the customer

Subscription Payments Are Non-Refundable

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable, including partial billing periods

  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle does not qualify for a refund

  • Refunds are not issued for unused time or unused access

Customers are responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving digital access constitutes a violation of this Refund Policy.

VendorSource® reserves the right to:

  • Provide proof of digital delivery

  • Provide proof of access

  • Suspend or permanently revoke access

  • Restrict future purchases

Chargebacks for delivered digital products may result in account termination.


Limited Exceptions (Very Rare)

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The digital product was not delivered at all, and

  • Our support team is unable to resolve the delivery issue after reasonable efforts

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, preference, results, or business performance.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Requests are reviewed case-by-case and approval is not guaranteed.


Vendor Disclaimer

VendorSource® does not control, operate, or guarantee the performance of third-party vendors.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Vendor disputes

  • Supplier performance issues

  • Shipping delays from third-party vendors

  • Product quality concerns

  • Profitability or business outcomes

Vendor relationships are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Fraud & Abuse Prevention

VendorSource® reserves the right to deny refunds and terminate access in cases involving:

  • Fraud

  • Abuse of services

  • Excessive disputes

  • Policy violations

  • Misrepresentation


Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase on VendorSource®, you confirm that:

  • You understand you are purchasing digital products

  • You agree that all sales are final

  • You waive the right to refunds once access is delivered

  • You accept this Refund Policy in full
