Overview

VendorSource® is a digital-only platform that provides customers with access to vendor information, supplier resources, and digital business tools. We do not sell or ship physical products of any kind.

All purchases made through VendorSource® are fulfilled through electronic delivery methods, including email delivery, downloadable files, and secure access links.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy.


Digital Products Only

VendorSource® exclusively sells non-tangible digital products, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Vendor and supplier directories

  • Digital PDF files

  • Downloadable documents

  • Secure access links

  • Subscription-based digital access

No physical items are manufactured, packaged, or shipped.


Digital Delivery Method

All digital products are delivered using one or more of the following methods:

  • Email delivery to the address provided at checkout

  • Download links displayed on the order confirmation page

  • Secure access links sent via email

  • Access through a customer account (when applicable)

Delivery instructions are provided after purchase.


Delivery Timeframes

Digital products are typically delivered within the following timeframes:

  • Instant delivery for automated products

  • Within 24 hours for most digital purchases

  • Up to 48 hours in certain cases, including but not limited to:

    • Manual order verification

    • Fraud prevention checks

    • System delays

Email Delivery Responsibility

VendorSource® is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, email provider restrictions, or customer-side filtering.


Failed or Missing Delivery

If you do not receive your digital product within 48 hours of purchase, you must contact us at:

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A description of the issue

Our support team will verify delivery and assist accordingly.


No Shipping Address Required

Because no physical goods are shipped:

  • Shipping addresses are not required for fulfillment

  • Any address information collected is used for billing, verification, and fraud prevention purposes only

  • No shipping carriers or tracking numbers are involved


No Tracking Numbers

Since all products are delivered digitally:

  • No tracking numbers will be issued

  • No shipment status updates will be provided

  • No carrier confirmations exist

Digital delivery confirmation serves as proof of fulfillment.


International Orders

VendorSource® digital products are available internationally unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery is not affected by geographic location

  • International customers receive digital products in the same manner as domestic customers

  • No customs fees, import duties, or taxes apply to digital delivery


Delivery Confirmation

A digital product is considered successfully delivered when:

  • The delivery email is sent to the provided email address, or

  • The download or access link is made available

Once delivery is confirmed, the order is considered fulfilled.


Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on VendorSource®, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing digital products only

  • No physical items will be shipped

  • Delivery is electronic

  • This Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy governs fulfillment
